N.gaya central stem broken

Hey everyone!
I'm fairly new to growing nepenthes, though I've had sarrs for years, so sorry if this is a stupid question!
I had ordered a 'Bloody Mary' online but when it arrived it was actually a Gaya, (I think), but the central stem was broken in transit.
Is there any chance of it recovering from this and growing through the damaged part?

Yeah, you're absolutely right, that's definately not N. X bloody Mary. That growth point is definately still viable, but if it's not the plant you ordered, and it was broken in transit, you definately should reach out to the seller for a replacement and/or a refund

I went back to the seller after it was delivered and got a full refund and was able to keep it. I would love for it to grow but it seems to be struggling. I have an Alata (I actually think it's a Ventricosa) that seems to be doing really well but the Gaya isn't sadly. Hopefully it will pick up.

Concur, the damage is high enough up on the leaf base that the next one should be fine. You'll likely have a deformed leaf. How long are we talking that you have had the plant?

I've not had it that long to be honest.
About 3 or 4 weeks. I also had to repot it as soon as it arrived due to bad packaging so I'm hoping it's just shock and that it will settle down.
