Yes, the way Coquillage grows with the leaves curling back toward the rhizome, it is hard to pot it properly once it's uprooted.

I drew some lines on the photo to show where the soil level should be relative to the rhizome. Hopefully you were able to get it sufficiently buried in the peat.

Here is the finished product,I put down sand for two reasons,1st the traps were sitting on wet soil,I did'nt think that was for the best,so it keeps a drier barrier, 2nd for reflectivity, since the leaves curl down,it reflects light up,And it's now planted a little deeper.
