Had pitchers trying to develop all the past month and a half...half of them taken out by frost, another quarter taken out by the frost cover...and just now finally getting traps (that look nowhere near that good). Weather just way too weird this year.
Mark, the tub is medaka aka Japanese ricefish @Pochi plant got me started on them and I tossed in dwarf water lettuce and Salvinia cucullata for the fish to deposit their eggs on the roots. You can see some of Ray's posts on the fish at Instagram
Carlton, That's a shame man. Hopefully it doesn't affect them too bad for the year. That tall speckled one in the front yard barrel is S. 'Crimson Queen'
