My New Nepenthes

N. Sanguinea

Got this plant last week. Small plant but it didn't cost much. Was shipped bare root without any heat pads and it was totally fine. Its a lil bigger than the mystery nep.

I've read that you can fertilize these once a month...is this true?

I fertilized all of my Nepenthes every two weeks or so with a 20-14-13 orchid fertilizer. It was extremely obvious once I started fertilizing. It was some powder I mixed in with a gallon of water.

I would recommend not fertilizing until your plant is acclimated but once you feel it is growing on it's own merits go for it.
