I lovelovelove it, and I really adore the guy who did it. He did my first tattoo as well.

@Devon: It's on my shoulder, but I can see how that looks like a knee actually.
@Mass: It was straight up glabrata, but the extra definition in the peristome gives it an essence of hamata, so I suppose so.

He's incredibly talented, and also reasonably priced.
Whole piece was 170, which is a steal in Portland. Hell, one place wanted that much for a 2x1 inch beetle on my neck in black.
I really like him, and after going to a couple other artists after he did my first tat, it's safe to say that I will not get tatted by anyone else but him.
