Mexi Ping Flowering

Hello,

I have a thriving P. John Rizzi and I'm wondering when they flower?

I heard in the succulent stage. If that's true, then, man! That's a bummer! Oh well. But, can anyone confirm this?

I've had one for the past 3 years and have even done the cold, dry winter. Still no flowers for this one. Other Mexi-pings... yeah. So far my pings flower in both succulent and summer leaves. Not terribly consistent.
