It did!

And they didn't. I have my photos under a creative commons license, which basically means, if you credit me and link the photo back to the flickr photo page, you can use my work however you want as long as it's not for commercial use.

Since I have a pro account, I can see where my photos are being linked to from, which is how I found out about this.

Oh, haha no. If they had wanted to sell a magazine with the photo in it, then they would've needed to contact me and arrange that. It's just an article though, and my work is freely shared for that.
