Male and Female growth

I was just curious as to if anyone has ever noticed if male and female nepenthes grow at different rates? I know of other plants who breed with one being male and the other female grow at a different rate than the other and perhaps could be a way to show the difference other then when they flower? Has anyone ever noticed or thought about this?

There is no correlation with sex and growth rate in Nepenthes, nor are there any other outward visual differences between the sexes. Waiting for flowers is the only way to distinguish them.
