Ok, I've seen several sources saying that all genlisea are very difficult to germinate, but I've got success with a simple method on my G. hispidula seeds that my plant keep churning out.
Basically keep them as hot as you can (~100F) with your lowland nepenthes. Put them either in PURE water or on some sort or peat/LFS/ sand mix.
I got best success putting them a jar full of warm RO water. But I did only get a few germinations.
