Leaves turning black

Couple weeks ago I repoted my ventricosa into a larger pot because it got too big for other one. It lost all it's pitchers and now the new leaves are turning black. I have it in LFS mixed with this orchid mix. All my other neps are in the same mix and they are going great. What could the problem be? I can't lose this plant, it was my first nep!

Maybe you have damaged the roots of your plant and now it suffers from a shock. How is the growth point doing ? If it is still fine, your plant will be alright.
