Juvenile N. Ventricosa going crazy on the basals!?

My little Ventricosa is producing 2 more basals 3 months after the first one, and is suffering because of it, well not suffering but it is producing smaller leaves, and it is just entering the halfway stage between adult and juvenile putchers

i'm really happy but at the same time i'm confused, but it's probably because I am growing it in lowland conditions.
But tis the season for the basals falalalala i love this plant.

Looks like we can't actually see your photos but basal production can just happen sometimes.
