On Monday I fly out to Tucson for a Health & Safety course. After that, I'm not sure when things begin in earnest, but it will be a whole mess of travelling. I will be attempting to con the downstairs tenant into taking care of the collection. She once had a VFT and sidn't realize about tap water.
