dionae: The mix I use is: :1:1:1:1 peat moss, coco peat, perlite, lava rock, silice sand, and a pinch of garden's soil.
I don't use any live Sphagnum since I live in Mexico and that doesn't exist in here, but the mix I use works perfectly good for me.
