if it is a male, is it possible to collect the pollen and store it later?

it just so happened to flower a week after i cut off the female flowers on 2 other of my nep's to encourage faster growth!

how can I store male nep pollen to use next year?

Can't tell with that resolution but from the general shape I would guess yes. You can collect pollen in tin foil packets, dry it, and put it in the fridge.
