Insects in my Cephalotus

IG carnivoregon_official
Found a few of these guys creeping around my Ceph media when I was watering today. Help with ID would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Paul.
Yup. Best kind of plant food there is IMO. The vast majority are simple decomposers of organic matter and don't harm plants at all.

And in fact, I started reading more about them tonight, and there's even some thought that springtails eat the spores and mycelia of pathogenic fungi!! That's something I never knew--they eat up plant diseases like damping off!
i noticed a springtail in my cephalotus pot, that is now affected by powder mildew. hopefully the springtail will eat some of that mildew
