154K, geez! Ah, I see the actual image is 512 x 439, but is displayed at a smaller size. EST, you'll want to shrink the image to the correct size using Photoshop or some other image editing program.

I didn't get a chance to resize it last night. Resized now and it's uber tiny.

Now that we can actually SEE what avatar pictures are, I'll probably be changing mine frequently to whatever suits my mood.
