I always liked the silly saying: "If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns." but there are so many more interesting ideas we can play with using this phrase as an outline.

So the task in this thread is to see how many funny, interesting or thought provoking permutations of this phrase we can all come up with by replacing the word guns in this bit...
