It looks like a cross between a Dionaea trap and a trap of Drosera huegelli, with its round shape. I have read somewhere that the bell-shaped trap is meant to prevent the prey from being taken away through the tentacles pushing prey to the center, and that this was taken a step further with the snap-trap, so perhaps this is an intermediate form between the two.
