its obviously a composite photo, the background, the guy jumping, and the plant are all from 3 different images..but the question is, who put it together, and why??

It's from the assclowns at TyTy Nursery.  Avoid these guys, highly unreputable.  Look them up on gardenwatchdog.  They show what may or may not be A. bulbifer inflorescence, but the leaf is clearly Typhonium venosum.
