Well, I ended up getting a sweet Vanguard MK-4 64" tripod, a 1 GB chip for my camera, and also a Gorilla Pod, but I think it's too small for my cam. I also got 50 bucks

It's this little tripod thing with bendable limbs, so you can sort of wrap it around stuff and take pictures. Here's a picture of it: http://www.thinkgeek.com/files/gorilla_pod_add2.jpg

But, I think my dad said that he got the smaller version, so my camera sort of makes it wobbly and top heavy.

Yup, it is pretty sweet. I think I'll have to get the medium size though, I think mine's the small one. It shakes a bit, cause my cam is too big I think.
