growing Coffee.

Hi, i just got 1lb of Costa Rica Tarrazu Green Coffee Beans and am currently soaking in water for 24 hours. Has anyone here ever grown coffee before? am assuming that Green and Unroasted beans are used for planting.

In hawaii they grew in my backyard like 90% humidity ,alaways above 60F fertile soil and just look up for weather for kona hawaii.
