Perhaps of note here: I have directly sown my Cephalotus seeds without stratification in the past. These seeds came from JC and germinated well enough to my liking (well above half). Higher germination would have been better, but stratification also makes me antsy.

I have done the same with seeds from Jcal this year. I will keep you posted in his dedicated post on the Pitcher Plant sub-forum.
