Definitely make sure to do follow up treatments as recommended by the product. You don't want to knock the bugs down but have them recover from eggs or whatever. I've played that game too many times and now I just hit plants hard. Usually alternating 2 systemic products so there is over lap as well as manual removal or contact treatment. Those possible bugs didn't look fuzzy so I'm not sure if they're mealy maybe a scale? Either way, systemic will help!
