G. violacea "giant" flower

Here is a picture of a G. violacea that I have been growing for about nine months. I did not realize how fragile it was at the time and accidently broke it off from the plant.

May I suggest that you lay the scape down in the medium and just underneath it to hold it down in places. You will get some new rosettes from this I think.

I'll try that, thanks. I replanted the scape, but I did not lay it on its side. I'll let you know if it works.
