Frosty Drosophyllum

For those wondering if Drosophyllum can survive light frosts, here ya go:

Low overnight temperature was 28 degrees.

And about an hour after above shots were taken and temps had warmed into the high 30s.

That is awesome. If a bug is caught in the tentacles, and the plant freezes, but then thaws- does the plant just resume digestion?

It recovered quickly after the sun hit it full on. It is interesting how they wilt like that and then spring back up alive and well so quickly after they warm up a bit. Even the little one in the bog is still looking good. These plants never cease to amaze me.
