found ping on home depot floor

This ping had been sitting on the floor at home depot for the last couple of days and I finaly decided to save it because nobody there cared enough to put it back in it's pot. I tossed it in my capensis pot for now, does anybody know what it is?

Try some leaf cuttings.

A couple of the leaves were already mostly broken off so I just pulled them off the rest of the way and put them at the other edge of the pot. Almost all of the pings there had broken off leaves that had started to grow new plants so I think this type is very easy to propagate with leaf cuttings. Should I give them any special treatment or is this set up fine?
