First upper pitcher!

I've finally got my first upper pitcher, from my rather scraggly N. x Gentle...

You can compare it to the lower pitcher...

And finally my latest N. x Miranda pitcher; the plant seems to be going from strength to strength

ooh nice! the ebst part about neps is they regularly make new basal rosettes and vines, that way on an older plant you get to enoy all three types of pitchers!

Anyway, Colin, where do you live? Growing pitchers like that outside. *grumble*
Are they always outside by the way?

I live in sunny and tropical Singapore, in the part of the world where nepenthes naturally exist...

Cool pitchers!!! I remember my first upper, I could hardly wait. Now I like the lower pitchers on many of my neps better than the uppers. They are larger and more colorful. If I could grow lowii, I might think differently.
