School is fast approaching, ushering in my typical forum absence. I don't often post pictures of my outdoor collection, but taking pictures is a good way to pay some attention to them. Most of these plants are thanks to the generosity of fellow TFers. :hail:

One of my Sarracenia oreophila Sand Mountain plants

Too late in the season to really appreciate them; they like to retire early

I have been distributing this plant as S. flava var. flava "North Carolina" -- very study with an exaggerated form, easily my favorite among the S. flava I have

A nice, late season pitcher from S. flava var. cuprea -- thanks, Corey! :)

Another S. flava var. flava -- more thanks to Corey

S. flava var. rubricorpora

S. alata, Tyler Co., TX -- this plant is crazy vigorous. If it isn't divided every year, it starts smashing pots. Also twice the dimensions of my typical S. alata

Typical S. alata

S. purpurea subsp. purpurea f. heterophylla -- I was complaining about how this one was a poor grower for many years, but all it really needed was fresh media

14921735992_95bd52bb70_b.jpg

S. rosea f. luteola -- I found a seed packet in the back of my refrigerator three years ago and sowed the one seed inside but cannot remember who sent me it...

S. 'Moore's Melody' -- there was a lot of demand for divisions from this plant not too long ago. I have no idea how widespread this plant is.

S. 'Adrian Slack' x 'Schnell's Ghost' -- I expect that there will be better pitchers to come later on

A couple of variations of S. rubra subsp. gulfensis "Ancestral Form", Crawford Co., GA -- I still have a lot of these available for trade

Impressive, Chris! Cali treats the flavas far better than Missouri. My plants are looking gnarly by mid August or so.

A nice assortment, indeed, buddy!
