Ever seen this trait?

Notice the "barbed" teeth?

And the ruffled mouth edges (reminds me of "Knuckleduster" on BobZ's photo finder).

These traits are consistent, too.

Not bad for mass-produced Dutch plants, if I may say so myself!

Interesting, but I can't see the same growths on the other traps.

The other traps are products of low light nursery conditions. The pictured trap is the newest and and first one to open under my care, and the newer emerging traps seem to show the same "barbed tooth" trait, with traps twice the size of their predecessors.. The ruffles are on all traps though, old and new.

We'll just have to wait and see!

Nice! I've never seen that one. Hopefully you've got yourself something new there! Call it "Harpoon Teeth"! It sounds all salty and tough.

Harpoon is exactly what I thought when I saw it too!

I'll have to keep a close eye on this one to see if it keeps its traits as it ages.
