Not Growing Up!
It is the stuff they use for fluorescent light fixtures,
the kind you see in offices & stores recessed into the ceiling tiles.
It keeps the glare off the lights.
It is not a craft item.
As 138 said, hardware stores in the ceiling light section.
Watch however, as some cost about $7 or more,
while the metalic look can cost a ton more!
Go for cheap, as the metalic won't benefit you at all.

Do you want the stuff for lighting or actual styrofoam or paper egg cartons (people use them for raising crickets and such)? Poultry industry supply or google "Egg trays". Some even offer free shipping.
