Drosera rotundifolia

Would it be too early to sow some Drosera Rotundifolia seeds? I live in Wisconsin? I was gonna sow them in a unheated shed. What do the experts think?

Not an expert, but I have sown Drosera seeds on window sills, at any time of year. If I were a D. rotundifolia seed I would be where it is cold, damp, and not experiencing much light... I think.

I have a rotundifolia seedling growing outside, but that's just me, it's growing slow so far. Other than that, it's ok.
