Drosera capensis leaf deformation

My drosera capensis is developing long and skinny leaves for an unknown reason i am able to see a larger thicker hairier stem coming out of the bottom so flower stalk? but i think it may just be a lack of light.
Maybe a comination of the two forced the plant to stop growing leaves and focus on flower stalk leaves are still unfurling but still wonky
