A few photos from this morning.

A Brown Hawker on patrol. These flying aces never seem to settle. Trying to get a half decent shot is great fun . She was enjoying herself teasing the camera as she performed her aerobatics.

A male Common Darter. He at least just kept moving away, a yard or two down the path, half a second before the shutter was fired. I got him in the end though

A female Ruddy Darter. She sat and posed happily.

Nice ones. Here's some sort of spiketail that loved my camera. I went outside, and it came flying over to investigate. It landed, and then there's his face.
