Double inflorescence?(sp?)

So, my D. capensis is flowering AGAIN.
However, this time, there are two rows of flowers on one stalk.

Will this affect the viability of the seeds in any way?
Has this happened to anyone else here on good ol' TF?

I've had this happen on my D.capensis "narrow leaf" many times...just happens when the plant is feeling extra invasive I guess.
