I have some N. mirabilis seed available. Happy to post. I am in Australia so don't know if their is any postal restrictions or not. Happy to post it and see.

As long as you have the permits first and you both follow the guidelines. The seeds have to be sent through an approved port of entry for inspection. Read the guidelines on the above link.

Jimscott can tell you more about it as he had a permit at one time.

Nep seeds will go bad before the gov't clears them.

Just stick them in an envelope and send them. They don't open mail in the US. I work at a post office.
