Do i need a bigger pot?

I have a bog garden in my yard but this is my first nepenthes. Got it a week or two ago at a local plant shop. Looks kinda big for the pot but it seems to be doing ok so should i out it in a bigger pot?

It's not necessary at that size. Nepenthes tend to have pretty small root systems anyway.

I bought this same plant from home depot its doing great catching wasps and was wondering if you can do some splitting ?
