More like the grand finale of a fireworks show! I wander if flowering somehow induces offshoots? The one I got from bluemax a couple months ago shot out an offshoot when I clipped the flower too. I just remember thinking the distribution of leaves was a little uneven until I realized the leaves on the bottom had their own growth point. Then I looked even closer and there were four flower stalks forming. I just cut those off a week ago so maybe I'll get lucky and create some kind of paradoxa hydra lol.
 
Just checked today and there actually is a third growth point starting out. The second one has a root that's about 1/2" long already. I probably should take the time to separate it. Surprisingly my lanata just decided to split into two as well. Gotta love propagation that takes no effort on your part haha.
