Yes, but only today. The birds came and ate off about 4 flower buds! One was off the psitt. too!:censor:

Your copperheads are very different from ours'. Are they venomous?

Yes, they are very venomous (not aggressive though) and they are very different from yours. From Wikipedia:

"Austrelaps is a genus of venomous elapid snakes native to the relatively fertile, temperate, southern and eastern part of the Australian continent. Three species are currently recognized, with no subspecies. They are commonly called copperheads or Australian copperheads. Despite sharing a name with the American copperhead, Agkistrodon contortrix, they are not related."

It's fun to see your temperates in the flush of late-spring growth. I like the snake too. What kinds of sundews are you propagating?
