CP instructions in Japanese

I'm thinking that someone here knows Japanese, I could be wrong? I've made this according to how I used to start CP seeds. It doesn't have to be perfect, just understandable. It's to go with the seeds I'd like to send to a friend in Japan. If the person(s) who knows Japanese sees this, please let me know if I should correct or add anything. I've put everything down I can think of. I'm sure it's broken Japanese at best.
