This one has been growing on a mossy piece of wood in my paludarium for almost a year now, and this is the first bloom. If it continues to grow like it has been, it won't be the last:

Lovely thing! What are the plant's dimensions?

I keep it under T5HO lighting, about 1' away from a 2 bulb fixture. The wood it's on is constantly moist from a drip system and is covered in moss. The plant is currently about 4" across which is double what it was when I got it.
