Cephalotis "Giant"

Not sure, but my small (standard) form comes true from seed. I would suspect that a proportion of seedlings would reflect characteristics of the parent.
 
It probably will, but not guaranteed. There is usually some variation from seed propogation. You will guarantee a 'giant' if you propogate from leaf or root cuttings.
