Can someone help me make a website. I just need some good sources for free web hosting, and then how to publish my web pages that I made with Windows web page builder program. Thanks.

If you don't mind a long URL and maybe some advertising, try Geocities or one of its many competitors. Make your page in the program you have, save it as HTML and upload it to the account you create at one of the sites. PM me with any questions along the way.

P.S. If you're looking for your own URL (i.e. www.lolswebsite.com instead of www.geocities.com/lolswebsite.htm), check out Go Daddy or Bravenet.
