Can I Stock A 10 Gallon Aquarium With These Fish?

I want to stock a 10 gallon aquarium with 1 dwarf gourami, 5 harlequin rasboras, 4 pymgy corydoras and 4 cherry shrimp. I used a stocking website, which said that the tank was 92% stocked with a 20 gallon filter. I am skeptical that the tank is overstocked.
The website also said the fish don't fight each other.

Should be fine initially. The rasboras will get a bit bigger and prefer a larger tank in the future.
