Dunno what it is, but the plant is only pink because of the aquarium lights that were used or possibly by tweaking in a photo editing thingy. Most likely the lights, though.

lol yeah it is mostly the lighting however this plants traps can have very vivid coloring

it is Utricularia macrorhiza

Thanks for the ID, it looks pretty close. There were three or four pics posted with this one, all very similar. Of course, I don't think I have the page with all the pics bookmarked...
