Aphids&African Violets

God must have an interesting sense of humor
What is safe to spray on African Violets to get rid of aphids? I use orthene or sevin or malathian(sp) on my Cps, would any of these work for African Violets?
 
Never tried this for aphids but have used it on spider mites and scale on cp's and orchids, rubbing alcohol.
