... and the freak phalaenopsis gets weirder...

Remember that Phal I was talking about earlier, that had a keikei growing from where a second spike should have emerged from on a spent spike? Well, there are three leaves on this little plant, and from the center/crown of this "Plant" is a flower bud.

I WILL take pictures when this starts to develope a bit more... If it starts to make a nose dive, health-wise, I'll take a picture quickly, just to have a record of this...

Id cut it if I were you your Keiki will develop faster if you do so.

Peace

Il y a quelques problems avec ca...

One, I don't wanna kill the flower bud.
Two, I don't have anything to plant it in just yet...

Cut the flower so the keiki resumes normal growth
then plant its once its got roots roughly 3 to 4 inches long.
a 3-4 inch pot should suffice.

Peace

It's kind of difficult to cut

its like...

V

Wedged right in between the leaves... Its not nearly open yet... Um, also... It has no roots on it, so would I just wedge it in between a few pieces of bark, or into some sphag?

Just wait it will starts to produce roots.
then transplant it. I wouldnt do anything with it if it hasnt got any roots aside from cutting the spike that is.
