to me it looks like the object is stationary and ur just occasionally jerking/swirling the cam around on a tripod
as far as the red lights go, it looks like one of the following
1. you put a red light in a small box and cut 3 holes on the edges
2. you covered up the better part of an exit sign or red light with cardboard or something that you can't see through and left three areas for the light to get thru

Just to give a little hint. The was no trick photography, no filters used to film the videos. I didn't arange anything. I simply filmed what I saw. There was no set up at all.

I'm sure it was moving some, but most of it was me trying to keep the camera focused on it.
