African Violet Soil

What kind of a mix would I use for african violet soil? My guess..


Peat:Chopped Sphag:Vermiculite 1:1:1

My mom uses peat/perlite, it seems to work very well.

They have special african violet pot mixes chopped full of vitamins and nutrients becaseu they strip the soil of nutrients so quickly. It's made by schulls or something, that really common s one. That's what I repotted my dumpster dived one and it has improved growth by four hundred percent.

Remember peat/pearlite has little nutrients, so don't fprget the fertilizer.
