i read somewhere in the orchid forum that some species of orchids will produce plantlets in place of flower buds, if the conditions for flowering is not correct. what are the conditions for vfts to flower, and would altering the conditions make them produce traps instead of flowers? i would love to see something like that to happen on one of my vfts.
