I was fortunate enough to get it on the recent offer of N spendiana x mixta seeds from nepenthesmatt and have used as many as I could but there is a small amount left over if someone is interested.
I can just send them out, but preference will be given to anyone offering to send some sort of (non-capensis!) seeds in return. Actually, I'd take most any seeds except for D. capensis, filiformis, burmanni and capillaris. I can't respond to all PMs so I'll post here when the offer is closed.
